About Gloria

Gloria personally ensures that each student receives individually-designed tuition that is suited to his or her needs, and that they are each progressing as rapidly as possible in their Japanese language skills.

It's Gloria's mission to make sure that each and every student is 100% satisfied with their tuition. Her friendly and caring nature will make everyone feel right at home at Kaneko Japanese Academy.

Gloria also teaches and oversees all Japanese language classes personally. She is a qualified Japanese teacher with over 17 years experience in teaching Japanese language to primary school, high school, HSC and university students, both as a classroom teacher and as a private tutor.

Because she grew up in Japan, Japanese is her first language and she speaks with a native Tokyo accent. She is also fluent in Korean and English.

With her extensive teaching experience and background in psychology, Gloria is able to encourage her students to learn effectively and to work towards their future goals. Along with her positive and enjoyable lessons, this increases their motivation and confidence, and helps them to grow academically and personally.
